Gas cylinders have become costlier by Rs 125 in the last two months
The price of cooking gas has only risen for some time. In the month of February and March, the price of LPG has increased by 125 rupees. On February 4, the price jumped by Rs 25, after that on February 15, the price jumped by Rs 50, after that on February 25, again rose by 25 rupees, and on March 1, again by 25 rupees.
Crude oil price is continuously falling
For some time, the price of crude oil has been seen falling. In the international market, it was trading at a level of $ 64. In the initial week of March, it reached $ 71. Government sources said that the calculation of the price of petrol and diesel in retail depends on the rate of crude oil. In such a situation, it will be cheaper in the coming days. Petrol and diesel rates reached an all-time high in the month of February. Its rate has fallen by more than 60 paise in the last one week.

According to the current trend, the rate will only fall. There is no possibility of accelerating it right now. Petrol and diesel rates are based on the rolling average of benchmark fuel rates of 15 days, while the LPG rate changes on the first of every month.
