This electric scooter has been launched in the name of U-GO and it is a slow-speed scooter. According to the company, it will get two trim options, in which the top model has a top speed of 53 kmph. The battery pack found in both models can be removed from the scooter. This allows users to take the battery home and charge it comfortably. The range can be extended by having more than one battery pack. The pack found in this is equipped with a Lithium-ion battery cell and its capacity is 1.44kW.
The report says that the capacity can be increased by installing a bigger battery. Both the models get a huge storage space of 26L.
Honda U-GO gets an LCD screen, through which the rider can see important information like speed, distance, a charge of the scooter. Through this, the model can be changed. It gets an LED headlight, which also includes an LED DRL strip. The e-scooter gets 12-inch front and 10-inch rear alloy wheels.
At present, Honda has not made any announcement regarding its launch in India, but considering the rapidly growing electric vehicle market in India, it can be expected that the company will bring it to India.
